Abstract
This paper analizes a new interesting organization called “Network of Enterprises (NEN)”. Said organization originates from an agreement among several industrial enterprises which in principle manufacture different but complementary components of a same final product. The aim of the agreement is to generate a common front-end towards the final user of the produced end item. The paper outlines a methodology for modelling a NEN, thus offering a tool able to supporting the validation of a new proposal of this industrial organization.
