Abstract
This paper analizes a new interesting organization which can operates in any industrial environment: the so called "Network of Enterprises". Said organization originates from an agreement among several industrial enterprises which in principle manufacture different but complementary components of a same complex final product, oriented to generating a common front-end towards the final user. The paper will approach a methodology for easily modelling a "network of enterprises", thus offering a tool able to supporting the validation of a new proposal of this industrial organization.
