Robert Blakey was a special prosecutor in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Blakey is also the author of several articles on crime in America and recently served as special consultant on organized crime to the President’s Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Justice.
