Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.As the important contents of organizational effectiveness of non-profit organizations (NPOs), job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment interact with each other and act on organizational behavior together. In this paper, it is concluded through the questionnaire survey of employees in NPOs and structural equation analysis that employees' job satisfaction has a certain impact on OCB and organizational commitment; employees' organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on organizational destructive behavior; normative commitment and continuous commitment have a significant positive impact on identification with the company, while affective commitment has no significant positive impact on identification with the company.
