Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the new Indonesian Generation (GenBI) in North Sumatera Province already has an organizational communication barrier in the implementation of the Clean Indonesia Program which is carried out simultaneously by GenBI throughout Indonesia. The theory used in this research is Organizational Communication Theory proposed by Pace and Faules. The object studied in this research is the Clean Indonesia GenBI Program for the North Sumatera Region. The Method used in this study is the qualitative method. The results show that GenBI has implemented an organizational communication model, although there are still many obstacles.
