Abstract

This paper mainly discusses 2 analytical approaches to the elements that condition change organizational considering the evolution of the different theories of institutional development and their influence on business management models that arose from the development of capitalism in the 20th century and whose main influence derives from the rational-normative models oriented to control to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency in the organization. Therefore, the possibility of change is understood as a process derived of the authority structure itself and not as a process coming from decision-making process or from internal groups
