Abstract
Subject. This article deals with the issues of effective implementation of forensic economic examination of biological assets, which requires a specific multidisciplinary approach Objectives. The article aims to develop theoretical and methodological aspects of forensic economic examination of biological assets and develop methodological approaches to the evaluation of biological assets in the process of economic expert analysis. Methods. For the study, we used analysis, synthesis, modeling, and abstraction. Results. The article clarifies the concept of Biological Assets, proposes the main aspects that should be taken int account when accounting for biological assets, methods of economic examination of biological assets and particular research methods, and identifies the initiators of forensic economic examination of biological assets. Conclusions and Relevance. The proposed approach to forensic economic examination of biological assets will help study the provided case materials in greater detail, as well as develop standard methods for expert studies of biological assets. The results of the study can be applied in the theory and practiceof economic expert analysis.
