Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show, based on a case study, how some of the features of the discourse on modern and postmodern organizations are reproduced and resignified in a Civil Society Organization (cso) called cav. The finality is to present the various images about operating of organizational performance by actors, and from this discuss the theoretical approaches which have drawn a consistent image of the cso uniquely assuming that assume characteristics that differentiate perse other organizations —such as companies or public organizations. The methodological strategy that we have selected is the case study, as it allows us to reveal the specifics of the organization analyzed and discussed some theoretical cso. Also likewise privilege an analytical qualitative as a way to restore the word to the actors as builders organizational realities therefore employ discourse analysis to account for the images on the operation that support the daily practices of these actors in cav.
