Abstract

The aim of the research presented was to analyze the religious culture and the identity of three organizations as a key element for development, highlighting the role of women in management. Fieldwork was conducted in three organizations of Chiapas with different religious ideology: the first "The Boarding School" Catholic, the second "Eagles" - Christian and the third "La Alpujarra" - Islamic. We use a methodological strategy in which we visualize the phenomenon as a "totality" to understand the multidimensionality and interaction between the dimensions studied. Dimensions: 1) organization; 2) management; 3) religious culture; and 4) identity. Finally, we see that the organization is the space where different forms of management are developed and where identity is expressed through activities, attitudes and relationships of the actors, and which is closely matched by the religious culture that have their members and where women play a key role in guiding and replicating their religious values and culture.
