Abstract

V-shaped organic semiconductors are designed and synthesized via a large-scale applicable synthetic route. On page 6392, Jun Takeya, Toshihiro Okamoto and co-workers describe solution-crystallized films based on such molecules and demonstrate that they have high-performance transistor properties with maximum mobilities of up to 9.5 cm2 V−1 s−1, as well as pronounced device durability against environmental, thermal, and bias stresses.
