Abstract
Neuroblastoma is frequently encountered in pediatric patients. Orbital neuroblastoma, primarily metastatic, carries a poorer prognosis with increasing age. Here, we present two cases of orbital metastatic neuroblastoma, focusing on their clinical and radiologic manifestations, treatment modalities, and a comprehensive literature review. This report underscores the critical role of ophthalmologists in facilitating early detection. Timely referral and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams are crucial, potentially life-saving measures, given the tumor’s diverse clinical presentations and aggressive progression.
