Three types ofwarranty polities areconsidered: Guenther (4), which minimize thesumofaverage warranty 1)a free-warranty policy forrepairable products, 2)a free-costandaverage quality control cost(average inspection waffanty policy fornon-repairable products, and3)arebate- warranty policy fornon-repairable products.
