Abstract
Chinese traditional medicine, as an important component of China’s medicine, has a long history and wide-ranging applications in China. Currently, with the development of modern technology and social progress, the traditional Chinese medicine industry is facing new challenges. Issues such as the loss of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the misappropriation of related industries urgently need to be addressed. Comparing the differences in legal protection of traditional Chinese medicine domestically and internationally, there is considerable reference value in foreign legal protections for the traditional Chinese medicine industry (such as intellectual property protection). Through comparative studies, it is important to clarify the significance of legal construction in traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the protection of traditional Chinese medicine resources and intellectual property, improve China’s legal system for traditional Chinese medicine, and promote the internationalization of legal construction in traditional Chinese medicine.
