Abstract

Production project lifecycle management is a complex and capacious process of development, planning and production. The concept of the project life cycle, lifecycle management strategy and its structuring are considered. The relevance of the implementation of the concept to optimize the tool management system at the enterprises of the “Almaz – Antey” ASD Corporation” has been formulated. Software products of lifecycle management control system are considered. An Ishikawa causal diagram assessing the problem of the current tool management system is presented. A map of the flow of creating the value of selection and testing of prefabricated metal cutting tools in the “before” and “after” optimization states has been formed. Ways to improve the tool management system are proposed, its effectiveness after the introduction of lean production tools is analyzed.
