Abstract

Introduction. The paper stipulates that today Enterprises of hotel industry found themselves in a deep crisis related to the military conflict in the east and the recession financial and economic system. State support and the creation of innovative mechanism is currently pressing strategic issues. In the context of the aforementioned problems the purpose of the paper is the definition of enterprise development strategy in the current hotel management and post-conflict situations. The study used accepted methods: abstract, logical, system analysis and economic-mathematical modeling. Results. As a result of the experience gained from the formation of innovative mechanisms, including "innovative points" determined that this area is building recovery prospects along with other industries and hotel business. It is noted that Ukraine's economy suffers from poor management and demonstrates the government's inability to manage the situation in the country. Further prospective research is to evaluate the cost to restore tourism infrastructure in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and perspectives of their investment policy. Conclusion. Today, information technologies are becoming more and more valuable than ever in the hotel business, helping owners not only to maintain viability, but also to open new promising areas of development. To preserve the business and ensure effective re-profiling of the usual mode of operation of hotel establishments in the format of targeted delivery of orders, a conceptual basis of social media marketing for hotel businesses is proposed, which integrates key values of maintaining value in a pandemic.
