Abstract

The article discusses the issue optimization of the equipment loading schedules for automated technological complexes using genetic programming. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the resulting schedule are determined. A two-level chromosome is proposed, containing information on the size the batch each type of detail and the sequence of their launch into production. A modification of the two-point crossing-over and the mutation operator has been developed, in which values are exchanged between two randomly selected chromosome elements. When a conflict occurs in the repeatability of string elements, a chain transformations is built based on the known chromosome regions, which give a one-to-one mapping. An object-oriented model of the work of automated technological complexes is used as a fitness function. The proposed modified genetic algorithm makes it possible to obtain suboptimal schedules of the complex operation within an acceptable time date.
