Abstract
Active power filter (APF) is widely considered the most effective instrument to solve the problem of harmonic pollutions and improve the power quality. Phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit is a very important component of APF, as the current compensation effect of APF depends on whether the PLL circuit can accurately and stably generate a series of synchronous and specific frequency square wave. To study the parameters of PLL circuit, firstly establish a mathematical model of PLL circuit. Then apply genetic algorithm to optimize the mathematical model of PLL and work out the optimized parameters with MATLAB programming at last. The simulation results show that the optimized PLL circuit based on genetic algorithm can enhance anti-jamming performance, generate more accurate trigger which APF needs and increase the phase synchronization between the output signal and the reference signal.
