Abstract

With the continuous progress of science and technology, many enterprises currently use information technology to optimize human resources. Data mining technology can collect and mine information in data, and neural network and deep learning technology can process, extract and predict data. This paper proposes a human resource model based on neural network technology and data mining technology, and optimizes the regression algorithm in human resource management. This paper selects the professional title, gender, education, and age in the sample as independent variables for verification. The results show that The model can predict the future development of enterprise human resources.
