Abstract

In this paper, the heterotrophic Chlorella solution as raw material for hydrogen production, the correlation and influence between inoculation amount of HAU-M1 photosynthetic bacteria and the hydrogen production potential from Chlorella solution with diverse enzyme addition were studied. The kinetic equation of hydrogen production from Chlorella solution was put forward, the physical and chemical characteristics of tail liquor in the process of hydrogen production by photofermentation were analyzed, and the comprehensive utilization potential of tail liquor from biological hydrogen production was discussed. The results showed that under the optimum inoculation amount of 10%, When cellulase: protease = 3∶2 is mixed for hydrogen production, the small molecule acid is fully utilized and the hydrogen production effect is the best. The research in this paper optimized the conditions of hydrogen production by Chlorella, can provide scientific reference for further broadening the production mode of clean energy, improving the hydrogen production efficiency of Chlorella vulgaris and developing high-efficiency and low-cost technologies for hydrogen production by microalgae biomass.
