Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the intelligent miniature circuit breaker is prone to misoperation and refusal under strong magnetic interference, the intelligent miniature circuit breaker control system, DC motor, switching power supply and other related modules that may cause magnetic interference are analyzed, and specific Optimized design. An optimization design method for anti-magnetic interference of control system based on micro-switch and Hall switch dual-mode detection is proposed, which is realized from both hardware and software. The optimized design method of DC motor antimagnetic interference and the optimized design method of output power anti-magnetic interference of switching power supply are proposed, which improves the anti-magnetic interference ability of DC motor and switching power supply. The effect verification experiment shows that the optimized intelligent miniature circuit breaker has excellent anti-magnetic interference performance, high stability and high reliability, and completely solves the problem that the intelligent miniature circuit breaker is prone to misoperation and refusal under strong magnetic interference, it has a strong promotion and application value.
