Abstract

In this paper, the fault analysis and location are carried out for the cracks of the hydraulic tank pressurization system pipe which have occurred many times in the use of a certain aircraft. The fault location is that the pipe fracture is caused by abnormal vibration after the hydraulic tank safety valve is opened. According to the working principle and operating condition of the system, the principle of hydraulic tank pressurization system and hydraulic tank safety valve are optimized and improved. The test proves that the optimization and improvement scheme of hydraulic tank pressurization system and hydraulic tank safety valve is correct, which solves the hidden trouble from the root and improves the safety of hydraulic system and aircraft.
