Abstract

In rice processing courses, the working parameters of rubber roll husker, including contact pressure between rolls, inlet flow, fast roll linear speed and linear speed difference, will affect the husker capacity. This paper carried out an optimization analysis based on Box-Behnken experiment design method to discuss the effects of parameters above. The conclusion indicate that if consider rising the husker capacity only, the optimal parameters are: the contact pressure between rolls: 6.18kg.cm-1; the inlet flow: 173.9kg.(cm.h )-1, the linear speed of fast roll: 17.0m.s-1, the linear speed differences: 3.06 m.s-1.
