Abstract
Optimisation of the load-bearing structure of the control surface frame for application of the additive technology is proposed, with unchanged performance and strength characteristics of the body section, the weight of which is reduced by 20 %. The problems related to modelling of external stress and kinematic boundary conditions are considered for a structural analysis of units included in composite bodies. Optimisation is based on a stepby-step approximation (iteration) method and a finite element analysis software package, including comparison with the experiment.
