Comparative analysis of numerical methods to calculate electric field distribution from the initial plane to a plane non-parallel to the initial one

Abstract

The paper presents a brief overview of the numerical methods for continuation of electric field amplitude/phase distribution from the near-field scanning plane to a plane non-parallel to the initial plane in a general case. The methods are considered based on their feasibility for finding an optimal arrangement of the phased-array antenna feed.
