Abstract
Abstract In this paper, we discuss optimal ordering strategy in inventory model with worsening materials in fuzzy environment with the help of centroid of centroid ranking method. The merchant optimal quantity was resolute with decline at a constant rate. The objective of this paper is to maximize the merchant total profit per unit time where the parameters are fuzzy numbers. It is simple to implement, and our approach is illustrated through some numerical examples.
