Abstract
The motor fan is an important part of the motor, mainly responsible for the function of heat dissipation. The fan and the rotating shaft are connected by interference fit together. Under the working state, the fan not only bears the action of centrifugal force, but also the action of interference force, and the quality of its mechanical properties has a great influence on the life of the motor. In this paper, ANSYS Workbench is used to optimize the design of the interference fit between the fan base and the rotating shaft of the motor. The technology of finite element analysis is used to design the different structural parameter values, and to simulate and calculate the structural stress under various working conditions, when the criteria of the design are met, a satisfactory result is obtained to guide the design and development.
