Abstract

The results of the synthesis and study of the optical properties of aluminum nanoparticles (NPs) processed by the laser ablation method are presented. Water, ethanol and chlorobenzene are used as solvents for the synthesis of nanoparticles. Measurements of the size and shape of the obtained NPs are carried out. The absorption and luminescence spectra of NPs are measured. The extinction spectra of aqueous solutions of Al nanoparticles and Al-Al2O3 nanostructures were simulated. Studies demonstrate the formation of Al-Al2O3 nanostructures during laser ablation of aluminum in water and ethanol liquids.
