Abstract
Optical emission spectroscopy was used for studying the influence of plasma generation mode (continuous and repetitively-pulsed), electron beam parameters (current 2-14 A, energy of 100-300 eV) and pressure of nitrogen-argon gas mixture (0.3-3 mTorr) on the relative content of neutral atomic nitrogen in the beam plasma.
