Abstract
C. The characterization of samples was carried out by X-raydiffraction,scanningelectronmicroscopyandUV-VISspectroscopy. Resultsshowthatthesamplesarepolycrys-talline in nature and the crystallinity of the films improves with temperature. The average grain size is in therangeof19–34nm.
