Abstract
Background: Papilloedema among syndromic craniosynostosis (SC) patients is commonly associated with the increased in intracranial pressure (ICP) secondary to the restriction of skull expansion. Other than an increased in ICP, there has been no study on the possibility of optic canal narrowing in SC that may lead to the impingement of optic nerve and subsequently causing papilloedema.
