Abstract

Opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia (OMA) syndrome is a rare condition whereas posterior urethral valve (PUV) is a common condition in boys. We report a case of a16 months old boy who was initially diagnosed with obstructive uropathy (PUV) and subsequently developed features of OMA syndrome. The co-existence of these two entities has not been reported so far.
