Abstract
With the development of digital inclusive finance, rural cross-border e-commerce in China presents unique opportunities within the economic development framework. Using literature review and empirical analysis, this paper explores the opportunities and strategies for rural cross-border e-commerce under the backdrop of digital inclusive finance. It finds that digital inclusive finance can provide broader financial services to rural areas, reduce service costs, and promote the development of rural e-commerce and its related industries. The paper offers strategic recommendations for governments, financial institutions, and rural e-commerce enterprises to foster the healthy growth of rural cross-border e-commerce.
