Abstract

Methodological and algorithmic bases of the subscriber systems for the wireless longtime monitoring of the object safety states are offered. The design of effective wireless networks and portable subscriber systems for monitoring the security status of long-term monitoring facilities is proposed. High-speed algorithms for processing, encoding, encrypting and transmitting samples of monitoring signals and video data frames using a signaling approach are proposed. The express analysis of samples of monitoring signals is offered. Methods of the effective long-term control of security conditions for long-term object monitoring using sensor, local-regional and global wireless networks, algorithms of rapid processing, coding, encryption and express analysis of signals are described. Information technology is focused on the evidence-based monitoring of security conditions of facilities and entities, including residential buildings, industrial facilities and equipment, vehicles, and certain persons, including operators, drivers, workers, as well as residents of cities and villages, vacationers.
