Abstract
Mass casualty incidents are typically unexpected, disruptive and stressful events. Priority of resources are directed towards managing the live victims. Yet optimal death investigation of the remaining victims should also begin as early as is practicable. This presentation looks into the response of one hospital’s radiology department to help with post-mortem imaging of the deceased victims in the immediate aftermath of that country’s largest mass shooting incident.
