Abstract

In open pit mining development there is a world trend to increase the unit capacity of mining equipment, robotization of the processes of blasting, loading and transportation of rock mass. At the same time, unpredictable spatial variability of structural and strength properties of rocks does not allow one to conduct high-quality operational and current planning, mining design, therefore, utilization of mining equipment remains low and does not exceed 0.55-0.65. Without this problem solving, the efficiency of the robotic loading and complex transport use is a bit different from a usual one. The article proposed the easy-to-implement, high-quality solution to the problem of information support of the technological processes robotization, planning, design and management of mining works through the creation of self-developing models for the zoning rocks on explosivity. Ultimately, this provides transition to robotic mining and manufacturing.
