Abstract

Adverse drug reaction (ADR) under-reporting is a limitation of pharmacovigilance systems and is predominantly observed in developing countries. Our goal was to find the differences in knowledge, attitude, and perceived barriers of ADR reporting by hospital pharmacists in Pakistan vs USA.
