Abstract
Background and Aim: Duke treadmill score (DTS) is well known as a prognostic score in patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) and proved to be a stronger predictor than ST-segment depression alone. Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) has anatomical and functional contiguity with myocardium and coronary arteries. Increased EAT is strongly associated with CAD. The aim of this study was to evaluate association between epicardial adipose tissue and Duke treadmill score.
