Abstract
The development of technology has brought opportunities and challenges to dance teaching in colleges and universities. In the era of Internet plus, traditional dance teaching mode in universities has been unable to meet the needs of students. Effective reform measures must be taken to strengthen the reform of dance teaching in colleges and universities. This paper takes the dance teaching in colleges as the research breakthrough point, and makes a detailed research and analysis of the dance teaching mode in the era of Internet plus.
