Abstract

Regarding the priority of economic resistance programs for economic efficiency in the iran country's program and budget, operational budgeting is considered as an essential tool for achieving the objectives of the upstream documents of the country's strategic plan. In this paper, the online budgeting of the electricity distribution network based on the strategic and operational integration plan by SWOT method and the analysis hierarchical process (AHP), studied in Tehran Electric Power Distribution Company. The results of the new indicators are based on the strategic plan of the company based on the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities based on the external and internal factors of SWOT. Also, how to weigh these indicators, The Integrated Management Information System (MIS) which are online from database is developed to improve the operational efficiency of the company through the AHP method. Outputs from the case study The proposed new operational budgeting has been added in comparison with conventional approaches.
