Abstract
IT sector in India is world-renowned for its competencies and fast-flawless project handling. This sector undergoes frequent upgrades and upskilling. Online upskilling programs aid IT organizations and their employees in being future-ready, without loss of man-hours. Through exhaustive research article resources available, a confined and sector-oriented review of the literature is not immediately available. This paper is a systematic review of research literature - listed in the Scopus database - on Online Learning and its Outcomes limited to the IT sector. The method employed is PRISMA to identify the research gaps, vide the subject. This paper attempts to highlight the research gaps and newer avenues for empirical research that would readily serve future scholarly research.
