Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "times new roman"; font-size: 16px;">With the continuous adjustment and upgrading of the national industrial structure development, the demand for applied innovative talents has increased sharply, and the training of applied innovative talents is a complicated process, not a simple superposition of professional knowledge, but a continuous knowledge accumulation and application are gradually improving. This article uses research methods of literature and field survey to conduct systematic exploration. The research finds that by guiding students to participate in enterprise project design and professional competitions, students are trained to use professional knowledge flexibly, and continue to consolidate, develop, and innovate to make students professional the comprehensive application of technology and professionalism have been continuously improved, so that the education chain, the innovative talent chain and the industrial chain can be integrated and coordinated to achieve good results.</span>
