Abstract
The solution of the Schrödinger equation with the one-dimensional double-well potential V (x) = V0 (A cosh ax−1)2, 0<A<1, is discussed. The relation of this potential with the Razavy potential and the potential used in the theory of hydrogen bonded ferroelectrics is pointed out.
