Abstract
Fractures of metatarsal are most common fractures in children foot.Most common causes are direct injuries to the fore foot. Here we present a case of non unionmetatarsal shaft fracture with 90degrees deformity treated by open reduction and internal fixation with locking reconplate in a single sitting.
