Abstract
In the present study, a new as a heterogeneous, efficient, green and recyclable nano catalyst was synthesized via the immobilization of N,N-bis(3-(trimethylsilyl)propyl)octan-1-aminium hydrogen sulfate ionic liquid on nonporous TiO2 (TiO2-[bipocam]-HSO4) and was characterized by different analysis methods such as XRD, FESEM, TGA and FTIR. In continue, it was used in the three-component one pot synthesis of pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines and benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]-pyrimidine-3-carbonitriles derivatives. The main advantages of this method are compatibility with green chemistry rules, short reaction times (4-60 min.), high isolated yields (97-98%), easy product separation, use of non-toxic and safe catalyst, solvent-free conditions in reactions and reusability of the catalyst for five times without significant reduction in its catalytic activity.
