Abstract
Benchmark Senior Living has created a unique benefit by establishing a nonprofit organization, the One Company Fund, to help employees who find themselves faced with unanticipated financial crises. Benchmark associates can access one-time grants up to $5,000 to overcome financial hardship caused by an emergency or natural disaster, a death in the family, an accident or illness or disability. The Fund has distributed more than $500,000 to more than 300 Benchmark associates.
