Abstract

Important is the study on foreign interventions, regime stability, and state repression in analyzing the conduct of the state to protect its territory and sovereignty against state and non-state actors that threatens to decay its core. How will the state use its Weberian concept of sole legitimate use of coercive power to carry out its mandate? Can we always entrust the state to be rational in its activities and initiatives, or can it be put to its limits, on thin ice? How can foreign interventions justify its action to counter Westphalian concept of sovereignty?
