Abstract

This article takes the community construction in the northwest minority area as the breakthrough point, and takes the government cultural function as the research object, In combination with the reality of construction of community in Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, Ningxia, Analysis of urban community construction in national regions of the necessity of the transformation of government functions and the necessity and feasibility of the strategy.
