Abstract

In this paper, a theoretical analytic model of the broadcasting protocol which has been adopted for vehicular communications is proposed to analysis the relationship between the throughput and the reliability, and to find suitable CW value which can optimize the throughput and reliability of broadcasting protocol, the multi-object optimization Models is proposed to explore how to adjust the Throughput-Reliability Tradeoff. The analysis results show that it is possible to gain an extra level of reliability at the expense of some throughput by adjusting CW.
