Abstract
Abstract H. Ghanim et al. (Separation axioms, subspaces and sums in fuzzy topology, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 102 (1984) 189–202) have extended the notion of sum for crisp topological spaces to fuzzy topological spaces, and discussed the additivity for some fuzzy topological properties. In this paper, the concept of the sum of L-fuzzy topological spaces is presented, and its basic properties is discussed. As the main results of the paper, the additivity of separability and compactness in L-fuzzy topological spaces is studied.
