Abstract

Mental health education plays a key role in the vocational colleges’ talent training system and has become the core of ideological and political work. This study started with the mental health education in secondary colleges of Shenzhen Polytechnic University and discussed the practical way of constructing the five-domain education system. This paper sorted out the unique practices and made an in-depth analysis of the mental health education system of “four-heart education”, aiming to implement mental health education, improve the physical and mental health of students, maintain harmony and stability on the campus, and provide a useful reference for the mental health education in colleges and universities in China.
